    I had a few issues with the plugin, but after a quick chat with the customer service team, my concerns have been resolved to a satisfactory standard. So I feel it’s only fair that I update my review. Credit goes to the support team, especially Jen. Things can go wrong sometimes, but I do love happy endings. 🙂

    @pehaa — Yes, that is correct. I left a review and submitted a support request. However, my issue has now been resolved, so I have updated my review to accurately reflect my experience.
