    I have removed my initial review because the company came around and did the right thing. This is a good plugin. My issue was not with the plugin itself.

    We were initially under the impression there were more features for api request monitoring. Maybe that would be a good feature request because we would certainly repurchase if it was included.

    For what the plugin is built for, and for monitoring users activity on the front end and in the admin area, it is a great plugin.

    Hello @ecomapi,

    I am really sorry you see things this way, though as we clearly explained in our email communication:

    1) You have the option to try both the free and premium edition of the plugin for free.

    2) There are no problems with the plugin on your setup and it is working as clearly advertised.

    3) The refund policies of the premium edition are not buried in our terms and conditions. Actually we have one of the shortest and clearest Terms & Conditions document you’ll see online.

    You guys must really need that $100. Good luck developing a business treating customers this way.

    He wrote me a reply email saying it was really the $2.00 return fee. That is why they won’t issue refunds. So customers listen up. Your satisfaction is worth less than $2.00 to them.
