Starting with 2.5.0 you need to create a Timely Network account to be able to import ICS feeds.
I created an account, but I do not see the feed option. Is the Timely Network account different from a regular account.
You signed up for an account in the administration dashboard, in the settings section for the timely Calendar?
And still feeds don’t show up in Import feeds section?

I clicked around some more and under the Ticket tab it says:
Signing up for a Timely Network account is currently unavailable. Please, try again later.
Am I going to get an answer. I have redownloaded this plugin multiple times.
