Hello!
We’d like to inform you that our Hotel Booking plugin (paid version) includes iCalendar Synchronization, which serves as a channel manager. This feature allows you to synchronize your website bookings with all other calendars and platforms that support iCalendar. Based on the link you provided, it appears to be an iCal link, and our plugin should be able to retrieve bookings from it.
If you’d like to test the plugin before purchasing the paid version, you can register for a demo/a 7-day trial.
Hi Eugene,
Thank you for your reply. I wasn’t able to find any option for a 7-day trial subscription on your site. Could you please guide me through the full process of testing or purchasing the plugin?
Also, I’d like to confirm—will I need just this one plugin for all the iCalendar synchronization functionality, or are additional plugins required to fully sync bookings with the channel manager?
Looking forward to your guidance.
Thanks!
Hello there!
iCalendar is a built-in feature of our plugin (paid version), so no additional add-ons or plugins are necessary for it to function.
As for the demo registration, I cannot share a direct link to our demo registration page because WordPress may not permit it, as it could be considered an external resource that violates their support guidelines. If you need a link to the demo registration page, reach out to us via the live chat on our website, and we will provide it for you.
I have imported the iCalendar URL, and the booking dates are showing correctly. However, when I go to make a booking through the free trial version of your site, it shows no available dates — even if I select future years like 2035 or any other date.
Hello!
I’d like to clarify that our product demo is not related to the Lite version of the plugin. If you have any questions or concerns about the demo, please reach out to us via the live chat on our website or submit a support ticket. Thank you!
Regarding the issue you mentioned, it seems there may be a problem with your seasons, which you can find under Dashboard > Accommodation > Seasons. Please ensure that you have at least one season set for a future period and that it is added to your accommodation-type rates under Dashboard > Accommodation > Rates.
