Hi,
It looks like you are using very old version of wordpress and jQuery on home page.
Icegram requires minimum jQuery version 1.9.0 & above.
I recommend you to upgrade your wordpress version to latest one because in latest version of wordpress you will get latest jQuery version. So you do not have to update jQuery version separately.
Please note: If you have staging site then first upgrade wordpress on that and check all the features of your site whether it is working or not because sometimes it happens that some features break due to incompatibility of other installed plugins with latest wordpress / jQuery version.
So after you confirm that everything is working fine on your staging site then only upgrade your live site wordpress version.
We have also notice that except home page rest of the pages uses jQuery version 1.11.0, but there is javascript error (“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://thebelmonttavern.com/milwaukee/wp-content/themes/lemonchili/js/fitVids.js?ver=1”) in web developer console so even if you target icegram it won’t work.
You have to first fix the javascript error then only icegram will work on other pages.
If you are not comfortable in upgrading the wordpress version and solving javascript error then you can ask you developer.
