Icegram+rainmaker-email subscribers cookie problem

    HELLO I use email subscribers & news letter and rainmaker+icegram. The purpose is to create a pop-up to get name and e-mail address and send it to Email subscribers. All works fine with default template.

    My question is: how can i do for already registered peoples, so that they do not have the pop-up? (I think that it is not possible).

    Either, how to do so they don’t get anymore the pop-up if they close the dialog box with the cross (and thus that they get the cookie)?

    @wyse92,

    Thank you for using Icegram, Rainmaker And Email Subscribers.
    You can set Retargeting rule of Icegram’s popup so once user submits the form he/she will not see popup again.
    There is no such provision for checking close button.
    But you can try to set Retargeting rule for “Shown message” and this will solve your issue.

    @wyse92,

    Did you consider “Once Shown Do not show this campaign for X time”.
    We think this will server your need.
    We are thinking on including close button retargeting in future version of Icegram
