Icon image path incorrect File Change Detection

I’m also getting “Unable to release a lock on your .htaccess or nginx.conf file. If the problem persists contact support.” any time I attempt to change settings for the Files and Folders List section, and I’m receiving file changed reports for files that are in the excluded folders.
