Icon panel empty

    Hi there
    I have tried to add an icon to my menu items, but when I clicked “select” at icon, it just opened an empty icon panel. I can only see the word “action” and nothing else.
    Is this normal? how to I fix this?

    Hello,

    Are you using the latest version of the theme, ocean extra plugin and wordpress? If yes, then try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    hi yes, all my plugin and theme are the latest version. and i tried to deactivate/activate every plugin and there is still no icon on my panel…

    That’s odd. There is no issue on my end. The icon panel is working fine. Are you using Elementor? Can you share the Elementor system info from the Dashboard > Elementor > System Info? Also, share the error log.
