    I have downloaded the same version of your theme and checked locally and the icons are showing perfectly and changing as well.
    I think this might be due to plugins.
    Once try deactivating plugins one by one and check.

    Report if any problem.

    I tried, but can’t fix. This theme was modified in source code for another guy. The site has many changes and, if i replace all files… Lost all before work.
