· Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

What placement option did you select under question number 3 in the plugin’s settings?

Hi, I use the shortcode [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_SOCIAL_ICONS], as far as i know there is no caching plugin activated, i deactivated all plugins temporarily which did not help.
Ok, and the option for shortcode under question 3 is still checked?

I checked the option 3, but that check keeps disappearing again…

I installed the other plugin, not working either (however here the box “platziere sie manuell” stays checked.
The strange thing is: the plugin did work and the icons did show befor I transferred the website.
Which shortcode did you place with the other plugin? The new one?
Does the shortcode work on post pages?
It sounds very much like something broke when you moved the site, e.g. database not carried over entirely.
