Hi, I just checked it. I came to know that there is nothing wrong with plugin, its just normal. If you want to be in center you need to write custom css to make widget centralized.
Barbra, Are you using any cache plugin ?
Or Please go in Appearance > Widgets > Footer 3. You can delete it from there !
If you deactivate the plugin and it still appearing it may due to you are using cache( For Better Performance) plugin.
