    Hi,

    The ICS calendar seems to be producing blank ICS files that are not working with outlook.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us! We could confirm there’s an issue with single event ‘ics export’ file generation, and logged this as a high priority bug. This thread has been added to the bug report for you to get noticed when the fix is out!

    Are you seeing this in other views other than single events?

    Also, if this is a showstopper for using 4.4.0.1, just downgrade the plugin to past version.

    I have only noted it on the Single Event as i only mostly deal with single event at a time

    I second this problem. The full EXPORT EVENTS link on the main Events page works fine, individual pages download empty 0 byte ics files.

    Thanks for following up with some more information here! This bug has been addressed with the latest update to The Events Calendar–would either of you be so kind as to update your plugins with us, test a single event export, and let us know if the problem is resolved on your end? If you should still experience problems after updating, please don’t hesitate to follow up, and we’ll be glad to take a closer look.

    Funny you should ask. Just this afternoon I looked here to see if there was any progress and saw a note about the maintenance update and the Changelog said it has been addressed. So I checked, it had automatically updated, and I tested it. It appears to work! It downloads what at a glance appears to be a properly formatted ics file. (Can you tell I didn’t try adding it to a calendar?)
