ics import timezone issue

    I set WordPress settings to europe/zurich, i also set Events Manager Plugin to support timezone europe/zurich.

    My ics file has content

    But in my events i got an time in UTC which starts one 1 hour to late.
    When i remove the X-WR-TIMEZONE in my file it seams to work. its still in uts timezone but the time is correct.

    Hello @michelmatthias,

    Thanks for contacting is Time-zone issue is complex one we have 3 time-zone setting mentioned below

    – Time-zone at source
    – Time zone in WordPress setting
    – Time zone in Event Calendar plugin

    So its making too complex to manage and sync all three time zone. So we have assumed that timezone of source and WordPress where you are importing will be same and same time will be imported.

    So keep both same timezone and issue should resolve. Auto synchronization of timezone will not work.
