Hi @danskfarms
First a bit of pre-info in case your pixel setup is correct:
– If the traffic is very low, you can get that warning. It will go away if enough traffic comes in.
– If you started the traffic recently, it can take several days before the warning goes away.
In case you didn’t set up the pixel correctly:
– You need to make sure that the pixel is sending the same ID (post ID, SKU, etc.) like what you are using in the Google Merchant Center. They have to match.
If you are passed all those points and still need help, let me know.

I’m closing the thread due to inactivity.
If you want to add more information simply add a new post to the thread.
I am still experiencing the same issue.
‘In Google Ads I am getting this warning:
Fix your audience source that’s not sending a required parameter
Your campaigns can’t tailor dynamic ads based on user activity when your audience source doesn’t send the required parameter. Make sure the required parameter is being sent correctly.
Issue: id never received`
– Traffic is about 200 visitors per week.
– I have allowed 2 weeks for the issue to resolve, but the warning message persists.
– I have verified that the pixel is sending the same ID as what appears in Google Merchant Center.

What’s the shop URL? I’ll take a quick look.
Also, take a look at your Google Ads audience source like here: https://take.ms/Xhg3k
If you change the graph to ID and you see regular IDs coming in, then I’d suggest you close the warning. If it re-appears you’ll have to contact the Google Ads support.
