Hi! Thanks for the great plugin, it’s so simple and I love the fact that it’s fully GDPR-compliant.
The only thing that’s missing at the moment is a way to share Analytics-data with my clients. That could be either by e-mail or them logging in and being able to view analytics data with their own accounts (which are not administrators).

Is this something that’s going to implemented down the road?

    Hi @joel-van-daalen,

Thank you, glad you like it!

If you install a plugin like User Role Editor and add the view_koko_analytics capability to the role of your client’s users then they can log-in and view their statistics, but not manage its settings. That sounds like it would do the trick, right?

Email reports is a suggested feature right now. If you would like it in the plugin, please leave your vote here so that we can gauge interest as we decide what to focus our efforts on next.

If not, let us know please!

Hey, thanks for getting back to me! That sounds like a great solution, will do that!

Just out of curiosity: what role do you usually give your clients and would you think it is a sensible default to add the view_koko_analytics capability to that role by default?

Personally I feel that we can maybe allow editors access by default (for viewing only)? Would love some input on this.

In this particular case I gave them a ‘Store Manager’ role as it is a WooCommerce-store. Normally I’d give them an editor role.

Allowing editors viewing access by default would be fine (would like that to be clear when installing/activating te plugin), for any lower roles I’d like to make the decision myself.
