    We don’t use Backup Guard for backing up, but have found it very useful to migrate WordPress sites. I had a WordPress to move so installed Backup Guard to create a backup and downloaded the file it creates (.sgbp), then installed a blank WordPress and installed Backup Guard, then uploaded the .sgbp file to the ‘uploads’ folder and restored.

    Fully migrated WordPress site. Very impressed.
