iDeal payment button not showing

Hi there,

I’m using the pronamic plugin in combination with Gravity forms.
When i click on the “submit” button after filling out all the fiels i’m redirected to a thank you page but the “pay with iDeal” button is not showing?

Can anybody help me with this?
