Ideal + subscriptions gives error

    Hi support,

    If subscribing to a membership using Credit Card the page opens to the mollie payments page.

    Though when choosing Ideal there is an error given:

    ‘Error processing checkout. Please try again.’

    Conflicts with the theme or other plugins is all checked.When using Divi theme or twenty twenty one, the same error is given.

    At this moment only the plugins woocommerce/mollie-for-woocommerce and woocommerce subscriptions is activated.

    All plugins are uptodate.

    Hi @manonjuliette,

    To better judge what could be causing this error for you, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest Mollie log files.
    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    And you can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “mollie-payments-for-woocommerce-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
