Hi Guys, I’d love to eventually be a paid user and easily automate feeds to other channels but I can’t even get this free version to work on google.

I have a custom product so no gtin and no mpn – I keep trying to set ‘identifier_exists’ value to ‘no’

When I save the value using your plugin and look at xml file – I always see value as ‘yes’ – and google keeps rejecting my feed.

    Please help/advise.

    Thank you.

    Hello @sedlic

Strange problem. I tested it now several times but can’t replicate the issue.

Could you please make a screenshot of all the settings in your feed and send it to michel(at)wpmarketingrobot.com so I can duplicate the feed and see if I can replicate the error?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Hi @sedlic,

Could you mail me a screenshot of the settings in your feed so I can have a look at it?

    Best regards,
    Michel

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your follow-up.

I’m trying to paste screen shots into this message but no luck.

How can I get them to you?

    Best,
    Steve

Unfortunately you can’t add screen shots to these messages. Please send the image to michel(at)wpmarketingrobot.com.

    Steve,

I made an exact duplicate of the feed settings you had and it worked correctly straight away.

Then I checked the link to your xml feed https://oxy-tech.com/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/Single-Sided-Nasal-Cannula-Starter-Set.xml and it also has <g:identifier_exists>no</g:identifier_exists>.

Could you confirm that? Maybe refresh the page (usually with F5) to check if the old setting maybe was cached?

    Regards,
    Michel

    So strange, Michel…

I see it now, too. Seems like it took almost an entire day (maybe more) for the settings to show up in the feed.

I just changed multipack from false to 0 and saved (several times) – and it’s still showing up as false in my feed.

I guess I’ll wait another day and see what happens.

In any case, I thank you for your time and attention. I’ll reply back here to let you know what happens.

    Thanks a bunch!
    Steve
