I’m using this plugin (v. 1.0.11) on WordPress (v. 4.9.8) with the following settings:
    – Export action set to “Automatically download data and notify me”
    – Delete action set to “Only notify me via email”

As expected, after data subjects request to view their data by submitting their email on our website’s data request page, they receive an automatic email containing a link to their data.

However after clicking on the link, they are taken to the data access page to identify themselves again (“Please identify yourself via e-mail”). And after submitting their correct email, a new page appears with an error (“Nonce error for action “identify”. Please go back and try again!”).

After clicking again on the link given in the email, this time they are taken to the data access page showing their data, but on top of the page there is an error message (“Sorry – the link seems to have expired. Please try again!”). This happens within the validity period of the link (before 15 mins), so the link should not be expired.

I wanted to ask if you are aware of this bug and if you have any upcoming fix for it.

    Thank you in advance.
