In Internet Explorer version 10 (Windows 7) there is excess white space above and below the timer. The player looks very shabby this way.

Have not yet tested in IE 9, but Firefox, Safari and Chrome are rendering the player as expected.

Hi,
That sounds like a CSS conflict with your theme. I tested it on my blog and it’s working fine (http://pupunzi.open-lab.com/mb-jquery-components/jquery-mb-miniaudioplayer/).
Do you have an URL where to see this issue?

The site is not ready to go live so I cannot share a URL just yet.

However, I’m seeing the problem with the stock Twenty Twelve theme… no modifications.

This should solve your issue.
