The color is red, so sending failed.
The message is “the message could not be sent or try it later or contact the administrator”.
It is possible that the plugin “WP GDPR Complinance” causes the conflict since this is also involved.

It happens only on Internet Explorer, Edge or others are sending messages.
What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
I have added a note to the form to not using the IE. The form works with Edge and other browsers but failed with IE. IE is too buggy and not worth spending more time on it.
