ie fix

hello guys,

i have spend already a week trying to battle with the IE and its still not working. i have my webpage very nice(according to me) in Firefox, safari and chrome, but the only problem is IE, which i see from my statistics that a lot of the visitors to my website use.

can you help me first of all with my header background picture?
