IE Issue

    I dont know where else to go for help. I work for a very small credit union, we just had our website done by a vendor and I am the new guy that gets to support it. It has been very easy to make content changes etc. But we have one persistent issue that nobody can seem to get a handle on.

    Our website has a On-line banking login box that punches you out to our online banking vendor Q2eBanking. If a user, in IE goes to http://www.nrlfcu.org they can sign in fine. If they go to https://www.nrlfcu.org it gets stuck on the interstitial page and the accounts are never loaded. I guess there might be an issue with our sites security certificate, I have run the free tests on it and have been able to find that the hostname does not match.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions on what else I can check?

    Hi @klangan,

    Sorry to hear you guys are having trouble with IE and your website. Is it all versions of IE or just certain ones. If a specific one, can you let me know which version of IE is having this issue?

    Artur,
    It is happening with all versions of IE that I can test with. 9, 10 and 11.

    We turned of HTTPS for the site, and the issue is improved, but not completely resolved.
