  • Hi Angie,

yes that’s weird. Regular behave is that a new mail window is opened in another tab when there is no default mail program installed. Otherwise it opens just this default mailing software like thunderbird or outlook or any other one. Do you have a screenshot of this? Are you using the latest version of the network add-on?

Here’s the screen shot of what happens in IE when I try to print the article.

Oh i am soory i overlooked our issue and understand that the issue is related to the mail button and not the print one. I will check the issue and release a fix for this,

I’ve updated the addon plugin on the site and cleared everything off my internet explorer browser (cache, cookies) and the update still isn’t working for me. I even opened up the developer tools to see how the print option worked on all the different versions of IE and even then it wasn’t functioning by letting the print window resize.

Which IE version are you using?

Please check it on mashshare.net There it is resizable.

    Whats your websites url?

It does not contain the changes we made in latest version which has been released today.

Make sure to install network add-on 2.1.9. I recommend to remove it and install it new. You can download it from your account on mashshare.net.

Do not forget to purge any website cache after updating.

I just uninstalled it and uploaded the latest verison from the mashshare site and I’m still having issues with the inability to resize the windows.
