ie6 question

This is a new one for me. I mainly work with Firefox. After putting up a blog I viewed it … or I’m trying to view it in ie6. I get the following message:

would you like to open the file or save it to your computer.

What the heck is that all about?
http://twinroot.net renders fine inFirefox 1.0.2
