We’ve installed the wp-miniaudioplayer on our wordpress site and it is working great!

However, it does not work with IE8: we’re getting Javascript errors.

We try the demo site at:

http://pupunzi.com/mb.components/mb.miniAudioPlayer/demo/demo.html

and it works fine.

However, we try it on our web site at:

http://earsketch.gatech.edu/category/learning/intro-to-effects

and we get the following error:

“Object doesn’t support this property or method
jquery.js

Char 20786
URI: <path>/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.2

Any ideas?

Hi,
As you said on your site using IE8 there’s an error, but the strange is that I can’t get this error on other sites using the same component and the same jQuery version (f.e.: http://demo.open-lab.com:82/soccorsoclown/ ). There’s something that create conflict on your WP installation. Try deactivating the other plugins and let me know if the error is still there.
Anyway I’ll make an update to fix the font embedding in IE8 (this is a real bug) that renders controls as letters.
