Here’s the link to the Viper plugin for wordpress..it allows for ifilm, utube and other video’s to be put in posts easily.

The plugin free way to do this is to go to your Users:My Profile tab, and at the bottom there is a checkbox for ‘use visual rich text editor’ or something close to that. Uncheck the box, paste in your ifilm embed code, and make the post. Once posted, you can recheck the box for future normal use.
