iframe height with [cookies_accepted]

Hello,
when I use the advice in an iframe, in a table, but they appear without the scroll bar.
If I put, as I have to do, the advice inside [cookies_accepted] adv [/cookies_accepted] I wonder why to appear the scroll bar.
Is there perhaps height div in css I must change?
