iframe in text widget dimension

Hi all,
after the lastest update the text widget in my body don’t follow the dimension rules of youtube iframe,
“<iframe src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/qUwzAhlN87E&#8221; width=”720″ height=”405″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=””></iframe>”

in previous updates everything worked fine, is there a new method?
