Hi @antoniofourmark,
It looks like the issue might be related to how the timeline content is being processed. To help you further, we’ll need to take a closer look at your setup.
As you’re using the premium version of the plugin, please open a support ticket through our official support channel. It would also be helpful if you could share a quick screencast showing how the iframe is added and what you’re seeing on the front end. This will allow our team to investigate the issue more accurately.
We look forward to helping you resolve this!
Kind Regards,
Ankush 🙂
We are not using the pro version of the plugin
The iFrame is added by paste in the timeline element content, inside the text editor (code mode)
Hi @antoniofourmark,
Thanks for your reply and for clarifying that you’re using the free version of the plugin.
We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with the iframe not showing. Let’s try a few basic checks first to help identify the issue:
- Make sure the iframe code is properly added in the text editor’s code mode and that it hasn’t been stripped out after saving.
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and check if the issue still occurs.
- Disable other plugins one by one to rule out any conflicts that might be causing the iframe to disappear.
If the issue persists, we’d really like to take a closer look so we can help more effectively. Could you please share some screenshots or a short screencast showing how you’re adding the iframe and what you see on the front end?
Even though you’re using the free version, you can still reach out to us directly with these details, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
We truly value your feedback and would love the chance to make things right. Let us know our team is here to help!
Kind regards,
Ankush 🙂
