Can you link to a Webpage with the issue?
My theme does not use any iframe, so I’m not sure where it’s originating from.
Please provide a link to your site.
At first glance it’s not caused by the theme.
Did you change any of the CSS for the page width on the Products page because the theme does not have any narrow page templates like that?
No… It must be the B2C store plugin then. I’ve contacted them, but they haven’t gotten back to me.

Try de-activating all other plugins except for the B2C plugin and see if that fixes it. Activate each plugin at a time and check the Products page to see when it changes. That will help you narrow down where the issue is coming from.
The full page template should stretch out wide like all the other pages you’ve used them on. So if it’s working on the other pages, like Services, then it’s not theme related.
I’m assuming you are embedding the B2C code in the page via shortcode, right?
