Ignoring user roles?

Hi there. Is there anything I need to do besides adding the shortcode to a page?

I ask because I have the shortcode on a test page: https://dundeehills.org/test-content-control/

All I want to be able to do is restrict based on user role. I don’t care about login status.

The issue is, even as an Admin, the content is locked.
