– Is it an order with non-physical (only download) positions?
– In which countries are the shipping and billing addresses?
– Does it happen in every order? Or only specific ones? If yes, whats different in this orders compared to the working ones?

We’ve just released a new version of the plugin.

just installed the update and couldn’t see any errors on any shipping address. Will watch it for the next few days but it looks good.
