Same error as other people. Can anyone explain?

Clean cache or uninstall won’t help.

    Hi @danmiller,

As I said in my other post, this is most likely an issue with your server being blacklisted by MailChimp.com. Please follow the steps that I posted on the other ticket. If that’s not the issue, we’ll dig deeper into your WordPress install.

    Hello @danmiller,

To follow up here are the steps Kevin listed on another ticket:

    1. Clear the API cache to make sure it isn’t a disconnect between what’s being stored in WordPress vs. MailChimp. Here is a quick article on how to clear the cache: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/.
    2. If that doesn’t clear up the issue, I would recommending contact your host or MailChimp and asking them to check if you’re being blacklisted (which would cause all API calls to be shut down). A lot of times your IP address is shared between different servers and if any malicious activity was detected by MailChimp from that IP, they will blacklist it. So it would have nothing to do with your specific MailChimp activity.

Users experiencing this issue in the past have discovered their IP address was being blocked by MailChimp.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you!
