Good afternoon:

I installed the plugin, but when I click the button, only a page full of illegible characters appears.

Yes that works correctly, if I set the option “Download PDF directly”, but not with the “Open PDF in new Window” function which is the one I need to use.

In advance I appreciate any help.

I think the problem was another plugin, I disabled it and it works correctly.
