    I just switched from a WordPress.com site to a ww.wp.xz.cn site, and love the look of Quark. My only concern is that, not knowing A THING about CSS or code, this them may be to advanced for me. Can I use it “straight out of the box” (and then take my time learning anything else I want to change), or do I need some advanced knowledge from the get-go?

    Thanks for the kind words. Yep, you can certainly us it “as is” if you’d like. You don’t have to make any modifications to use it.

    In case you haven’t seen it, head over and have a look at my demo site. This is the standard theme, without any modifications.

    Thanks so much. I had already seen your demo site, and didn’t realize it was the standard theme without mods. I’m eager to get started, and really appreciate your responsiveness, not just to my “newbie” question, but to all the users who have posted on this forum. I’ve also read your FAQ’s, which are very helpful.
