Start off by viewing the remote files with some type of FTP program and rename your plugin folder with an extra character or something. Can you login properly after that?
Just remove the extra character to go back to normal.
You could do the same with plugin folders if you can’t login because of a bad plugin.
If you do find the buggy plugin please list the name here. I might be able to fix it depending on how the plugin was built.
Do you have a low level login name/password? I can try logging in as a test if you like.
