Im getting a PHP error

    Im getting this php error below and I cant download the file. also what folder does my document have to be in? Its asking that it has to be in wp-content/files/ but? what file?

    The path looks wrong, you can have any path as long as Apache has write access to the folder. Check your Downloads -> Download Options -> Download Path.

    Mine looks something like /home/username/public_html/wordpress/content/files
