im getting a systanx error

    I am using apply Online plugin to create an add.This add is only available for people who have logged into the system.We use it to gather kyc information for our clients.When they submit the form they get the following error

    “An unexpected error occured with error code: 200 OK. SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1. Please contact us for more information.”

    We have woo comerce installed also.
