Im looking for a "custom directory/database" plugin

Dear Everyone,

I’m looking for a plugin with I can build a site like a real estate or a library’s book or any custom thing. (It is not a store!)

I find a plugin called placer but I’m not able to customize (add or modify fields).

So my idea is registered user can add/modify their listings/items and everyone else can use the search and view the listings/items.

If anyone know a plugin what fits my idea please help!
