    First the free version was prommissing the i bought the premium and there was a lot of problems.

    Last year i cancelled my subscription and in june last year out of the blue they charged me for renewal the subscription. I did complain but never received an answer. Now I did cancel again and wondering if they charge me again. My advice? Buy another better plugin.

    It’s disappointing to know that things didn’t go well after upgrading to the premium version. We also apologize if you didn’t receive a reply from our end about the cancellation. We always aim to respond to every message, so something may have gone wrong there.

    Normally, the plans renew automatically unless the subscription is cancelled. Also, renewal reminder is sent before the charge. But we completely understand how frustrating it is to charged unexpectedly.
