Hi @rafa3dbr, I wasn’t able to find the page with that shortcode on it, but since your site is hosted by WordPress.com, can you head to the forums for WordPress.com sites and start a thread there?

Be sure to include a link to the post or page that’s giving you trouble.

Hello there,
Many thanks for that.
Can you explain what you’re expecting to see please?
This will help to determine next steps.
Don’t forget, you can also get help via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
Many thanks.

Then the 360 image is on/over/above the header page (maybe with a z position and a position absolute wrong). It isn’t work properly. I think that need to be after the images.
You can see it at others portfolio’s pages.
What do you think?
Can help me? Maybe there are others with the same problem.
I’m not sure I understand, is this what you meant?

That the 360 image is covering the images added to the gallery on that post?
@fresatomica Yes, you are correct.
Check this link . It is another page without a 360 image. There are a Page Header and the images are under eachother.
I would like that my 360º Image follow them and stay at the bottom. Also, it can’t stay covering the header’s page.

Hi @rafa3dbr since your site is hosted on WordPress.com, I think this may not be the best place to report your issue. To clarify, this theme forum is intended for self-hosted WordPress sites, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.
Since you are on WordPress.com your site works a bit differently from self-hosted sites, to if it is OK I would like to email you directly at the address we have on file, so we can pull you into our support system. Is this OK?
Thanks for confirming.
@jerrysarcastic Sure! No problem.
I thought that could be fix because it’s a template provided by wordpress.com
In any case, thank you very much.

Yes it’s definitely the case that the two versions of the theme (the self-hosted version and the cloud-hosted WordPress.com version) behave very much the same from your perspective as the site owner. The code and implementation can be different under the surface however, which can affect how we would address fixing issues.
The fix we’d offer in this case would not help self-hosted users of the theme though, hence my suggestion to move this into our WordPress.com support system. Thanks for confirming!
We’ll be emailing you shortly using the email address you have set in your WordPress.com account here, thanks! https://wordpress.com/me/account/
