• Hi there,
I’m setting up my new business website – learning as I go with no tech background.
It’s looking ok, but I’ve hit a brick wall with image alignment. Having problems getting the images to sit where I want on the page around the text. Looks messy. Also, once I manage to get it to look ok (after lots of trial and error), the images/text are all out of sync on a mobile device.
    I’m using Renden Business theme.
If anyone can advise me on what to do that would be so appreciated.
I have no experience with code.
    Many thanks,
    Annabel

  • The first thing to learn about web publishing is that you have no control over the width or height of the viewer’s page. The browser is your friend in this, since it will condense all extra spaces and reflow things to fit the viewer’s window.
Stick to basic left, right, center alignment and there’s nothing more to do, although it helps to have a theme that adjusts for mobile views.

Looking at your page, I don’t see anything wrong with the alignment. What I would change is font size. It’s way too small to be comfortable to read.
