    Hello,
    I’m having trouble syncing by API:
    1-the images: They are synchronized but not associated with the product
    2- the categories: they are not synchronized

    Could you help me?

    Firstly, thanks for your answer.

    We have connected our web with store management program which we are using at our store.
    For this, we have used a API REST created by Woocommerce.

    Now, everything upload perfectly BUT the images aren’t attached to product.

    This isn’t happening in others webs with similar caracteristics.

    We are using “JMT Autentication for WP-API” pluging for images upload.

    Do you have any clue where we can inquire?

    Thanks for the details!

    It does sound like a problem with the plugin you are using for image upload. Have you tried reaching out to their support team for more information on this?

    As we have not developed the plugin, we cannot tell exactly what could be causing the issue. Now, if the API connection works within WooCommerce there’s not that much we can do on our end.

    If the plugin allows “Logging” or has any other similar options for debug, you can also check there for more clues on errors.
