please try this
go to toolbox -> debug settting -> enable debug log to on , debug level to advance , debug include URI , add notify_img
go to toolbox -> log view -> clean up existing log , if any
go to image optm -> clean up unfinished data
then send requests again
wait for 20 minutes , go to log viewer again , see if there is any log , if so , please copy paste and share it via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

from log , the noify_img has called
now please try add async_litespeed into debug inlcude URI and repeat process, see if pull action is called
