Image as a border around slideshow

Hello, is it possible to use an image as a border/frame/background around the slideshow? The idea is to have an image of a computer monitor, or iPad/tablet or iPhone/smartphone and then display the slideshow inside that border.
Examples:
– http://www.dindan.nl/
– http://www.daronet.eu/ons-werk (responsive slider with 3 images).
These are not WordPress sites so I am looking for a WordPress plugin to get this effect.Thank you!
