    Hi, @ljordahl

What is the link to your website? Can you try clearing the cache of your website and browser?

My website is in private mode because I’m just creating it now. Clearing the cache didn’t resolve it. I’m at a loss! Not sure how to fix it.

@ljordahl it could be a plugin conflict. Try troubleshooting as explained here:

It’s also possible that cache is enabled on your server and it needs to be cleared on the server directly. Also, it might be that you’re using an optimization/cache plugin. Or an image optimization plugin that influences the Instagram feed.

I flushed the cache with GoDaddy, and deactivated all the plugins except yours and switched it to the default theme and it still showed the images as squares instead of portrait orientation. Not sure what else to do!

@ljordahl it’s hard to say what could cause this without having access to your website. You could also try to clear the cache after re-activating each plugin. Also, try deleting and reinstalling the Instagram plugin.

@ljordahl currently, the full-width layout doesn’t support the portrait ratio. We’ll look into changing this in the future plugin updates.
