Image Backups

Does this tool backup actual uploaded image files and not just links to them?

I’m thinking about using this tool for backups of WordPress for my clients however from time to time they permanently delete uploaded media and the standard export for backups does not back them up as actual files.

Will this tool backup all uploaded image files? Thanks!
