Image banner clicks not counting

    Hello,

    I have successfully installed your plugin and the image banner I added is not counting any click even after the banner has been clicked on

    I have tried different browsers to click on the banner ad and also cleared my cache but it’s still not counting

    The click is still showing 0

    Could you please let us know the exact location of the ad rendered through the plugin on your website.

    A screenshot for the reference would be preferable.

    We have tested the plugin functionality for the clicks on our test servers, and found to be working fine.

    Could you please share the above details, so that it would help us to investigate the issue further more.

    Hi,

    We looked into the url you provided but, for some reason ads html is rendering incorrectly without its id and hence it is not registering the click for the same in the backend.

    Can you please send the screenshot of ad creation screen in manage ads from the backend so that we can get more details of it and try to replicate on our test server.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    We looked into the URL again and found out the HTML is incorrect or is not as per what plugin provides for example there is no rel=”noopener” attribute provided within the plugin you might have made some modifications to it and which is why data-value=”<ad_id>” is not getting rendered and clicks are not getting registered.

    I would recommend doing a fresh installation of the plugin and if you want certain modification please provide the details, and we would help you at what line what changes to be made for the same.

    The problem was from my theme
